Service was really good as usual, but upon delivery the cushion just didn't do it for me - the colours were a bit duller than I hoped for. However, looking at all of the other reviews it seems I am in the minority! Am I too fussy perhaps, or was I having a bad day when it arrived???

Cons: blue too light
This cushion is a quality product and eye catching. However, I wish the blue had been darker in line with your other Union Jack cushions.

This cushion was a wonderful purchase. It fulfills my two main criteria in that it is both soft and very aesthetically pleasing.
The quality is very high and would even please my Grandma.
(oh, and it's not a Union Jack unless it's a displayed on a ship.)
